Will I ever be able to get Virgin to this address?

 

I'm in the process of buying a bungalow, but I've just realized that Virgin Media isn't available at the address (I know, I should have checked earlier). I've attached a screenshot showing the location of the property and the cut-off points for Virgin Media's coverage.

Could someone from Virgin Media support assist? There doesn't seem to be any indication that Virgin will expand to this area. Openreach claims they'll expand their network there by 2026, but I'm skeptical. I'm seriously considering pulling out of the purchase because I don't think "up to 67 Mbps" will be sufficient. The property is roughly where North East Guides is located, and the red line in the screenshot marks the edge of Virgin Media's current coverage.
