Wall socket issues

i don’t have the correct wall socket. I’m trying to set up my virgin hub 5 which was delivered today, but the cables provided don’t match the socket on the wall. Do I need an adapter, or probably an engineer come over to help with the installation of the right socket. It’s so frustrating no been able to reach out to actual human to assist on your help line number.

    Post some pic's of what you are trying to connect to.

    VM's cables they send out now are push fit. Old wall sockets are screw thread. The new cable should push onto old threaded sockets but it may be a tight fit.
