Your tenant may have a Virgin Business account. That's a separate operation with its own contact numbers.

Hi JB9915,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.
I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with a recent install for a tenant and that you believe this has caused some damage. Please respond to the private message that I'll be sending to you shortly so we can take some further details and investigate.
Thanks,

So did the VM van went into the wall?

Hmmm that green moss - like growth on the inside of the cracked stone on top of the wall suggests that this is not new.

Wow. The pictures weren't cleared when I first answered.
I suspect there was already a crack down the wall, and the vibration of the hammer drill opened it up.

Hey JB9915, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
I've taken a look at the damage and the responses on here, however I am going to send you a DM with instructions on how to claim for this type of stuff is the damage was caused by us.
Let me send you a DM now.

The landlord is trying it on. His wall was already cracked, the VM drill did widen it but the repair would have been needed before long anyway.
VM are always reluctant to pay even when they are at fault, so they are unlikely to help with this.

Claiming a 8mm hole drilled by VM caused the wall to crack is utterly laughable.
- goslowAlessandro Volta
Indeed, what is it that the landlord is claiming that VM did to cause that damage?
I can see two whole bricks that have been snapped along the line of the crack.
That sort of damage would be caused by something like reversing a vehicle into the wall or undermining the foundations of the wall in some way. The fact that the wall is still in a straight alignment makes it look like subsidence or failure of the foundation IMO. Did VM dig a trench next to the wall?

Agreed, someone has either backed a van into the wall or the foundations are poor and the return on the right hand side of the image has fallen away from the rest of it. You'll never get VM to pay out for putting an 8mm hole through it - it's not even cracked from the hole they drilled.

There's even an old spider's web in the crack. It hasn't just happened.
