VM connect not connecting hub 4

I have also had the same issue for the past four months. I have done countless reinstall and router restarts but nothing seems to work.

    Have you got a VPN active on your device?

      hi John, no I don’t have a VPN connected, I sit next to the router and it’s still cannot find it
