VM Connect app

The app keeps showing in can not connect to my Hub 4.

Any ideas what I can do to rectify this.

  • It might help if you post a screenshot of the error, my connect app stopped working and has been passed up 🤔, it would help does it says something like, "something went wrong our side" and  then "Oops etc etc ".

    Check if you can still login to the Hub 4 admin menu at http://192.168.0.1/  enter the Hub password, if the menu hangs and shows a blank screen / white screen the Hub 4 is failing.  A 60 second press of RESET may get the menu and Connect app working again but for a limited time before the same occurs again.
