Virginmedia dont know my address

Hi 

Another case of Virgin not knowing an address, I have been banging my head against a wall with the sales line over the last month. Numerous calls to them asking them to add my house number to the address list. Virgin media fttp/nexgen has been installed here for the last few years. All of the infrastructure is in place. Its a row of terraced houses, each house including mine has the virgin media faceplates in the pavement outside. The grey virgin media fttp street cabinet is outside the house next door. Its only about 4m away from my front window! My house isn't even a new build, its been known to royal mail and BT/other services since it was built in 1982!

But for some reason I cant get my house number added and theres 0 feedback on why its not being added, each time I phone they have no record of the last time I called and I go through the same process as being promised it will be added within 48 hours. So, I'm trying here, can someone please help in getting my house number added.
