Hello, I would like to have my virgin socket moved, please. Reading other posts in this forum I understand that there is a £25 fee associated with this and I've seen people posting the request here and getting it done. Can I have this arranged please. Thanks.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
