Virgin Media Wall Socket

Hi,

I was sent the self install kit however I do not seem to have a Virgin Media Wall Socket, additionally it looks like the power cable was not included in the box.

 

How do I request this to be resolved?

    Call the installations number 0800 052 1734 and tell them you need a manned installation. Tell them also you need the power lead. Hubs are re-used, so the lead may have been left out when it was repacked.
