Virgin Media not available in new property?

Hi,

Quick one really.. I've been a fairly happy virgin media customer for years. I am in the profess of buying a new house, however, it seems Virgin Media is not available in my new area.

Simple question really - is there a way to find out if the area is in Virgin's build plans? It's a new build area (e.g last 5 years) and I can see they are digging up the roads nearby... I don't want to sign into a 24 month agreement with BT et-al @ slow speeds if I can help it...
