Virgin media installation
Hello,
I have been waiting to get Virgin media ever since I moved to my address two years ago. They finally came and spent several days digging up the road and laying cables etc! Great, except my house seems to be the only few not to be able to order Virgin media services! I’ve tried calling the support who just say “the area isn’t connected yet and they will call me when it is” but it is connected I remember the digging and drilling well! I’m trying to get through to a team or department who understands my issue and can tell me if I was missed off as an oversight, or if I will EVER get connected to virgin media?!
can anyone help or suggest a contact number I can speak to someone?
