Virgin Media Grey cabinet opposite my house but not included in postcode checker

Hi All,
I would like to get full fibre and the frustration I have is that the VM grey cabinet is opposite my house but my address is not listed the roads/pavements were dug up in Sept 2024. how can I contact anyone at VM to see if there is a way to get a connection?
I suspect the issue is that all the houses on the pavement side are listed in the checker but half the street isn't
I have completed the "my address not shown" form a number of times but no response.

any suggestions?

    To confirm, have you spoken with the Sales team regarding taking out a package?

      Hi Martin,
      I haven't spoken to the sales team regarding taking out a package, when I look at different options/packages it says "enter your postcode to see what's available" I've completed the address not listed form with my details numerous times


      I haven't tried calling the sales team as I'm not good on a telephone due to hearing issues
      Happy to pm my postcode
