Virgin media connect ap keeps telling me that i am not at home
I am having problems with my VM 1Gig broadband speeds that i started last month. I went through the fault finding on line and suggested that I would need to get some pods, downloaded the VM connect ap. All it keeps telling me is that i am not at home when i am standing right next to the Hub! I have tried this several times over this month, uninstalling it and the reinstalling it but the same happens. I have turned off my VPN to see if anything changes but it stay the same.
I have done a speed check using the VM one and all I get is around 300Mbs in the room next to the hub, this reduces to 30 at the back of the house. The same results come from most of the other speed tests.
I cannot get hold of CS for love nor money. Help!!!!!!
