Virgin media available around evey house but not mine

Hello I was wondering if I can be connected to virgin media 

 

I'm moving to 

 

XX Penzance bungs SR7 9JS your postcode checker says no virgin media is there however the houses bang opposite have virgin media for example 

 

XX penzance Bungs SR7 9JT theres multiple homes that have access to virgin media has access to virgin media as the cable is meters away from my property is there any chance virgin media could thread a cable to me and the houses next door have virgin media and behide me has virgin media but for some reason this property does not

 

I have checked the houses next door to the property toft cres SR7 9JQ

 

Now I don't know if there is a cable there as the house is unquie with its own postcode but it seems strange how all other houses are connected behide side and across the road and this one is not connected i don't know as it having it own postcode has confused the system but I have checked the house next door bang opposite and behide me and they have access to virgin media services 

 

Is there any team I can contact or speak to about this and get someone to come down and see if it can be connected
