Virgin installed onto street last year but postcode checker says it is not available

Hi,

we had Virgin services installed on the street last year, with the V ports at the end of the gardens, and received the 'we're all moved in' email last summer.

Now I am interested the website checker says it is not available, even though the neighbours cable box is a couple of metres away as I type.

The VM phone sales says whilst it is on the street, not all the houses were 'registered'. If this is something a VM rep can help with on this forum then I would be very grateful. It seems a bit ludicrous that you install a service and then make it seem unavailable to most of you potential customers...
