Virgin Connect App

How do I reset the account info associated with my Virgin Account app. I do not want to delete cache or the data, I actually want to reset the data the Virgin have associated with this app so I can restart without having multiple Tv Boxes that I cannot get rid of.

    I don't think you can as the information, I believe, is held in a backend database.  It may, or may not repopulate with the correct information over time?  I don't use the app btw, anything I need, I use the Admin console on the Hub.

    You don't need to use the app at all, and it has a habit of undoing changes that you have made to your WiFi.

    You can do all you want by accessing your router at 192.168.0.1 on a browser connected by ethernet.

    The information regarding the equipment is fed to the app via your account. There isn't a way to reset this I'm afraid.
