Virgin completely down all morning in N13

Since early this morning we have had no internet, no phone and no TV. Our neighbours also have no service - other people nearby the same. This is the N13 postcode in north London. When I phone the local service status number it says no problems in our area! 

Can we please have some sensible information on what's going on and when we can expect services to be restored.

  • I couldn't get through to 150 earlier but managed to contact Virgin via Twitter after lunch. An engineer is visiting tomorrow morning and hopefully will find and fix the problem.

    Have you reported it (150 from a Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 from others)? I would suggest this is the quickest way to get it investigated. All your neighbours should call as well, as it will also trigger any compensation due. Network monitoring stops at the street amplifier, so if a tap block has failed downstream it won't register until there are multiple complaints from the same location. Staff on the forum here can take several days to respond to posts.
