Virgin Box Cover damaged

 

Hi there

the virgin box cover on my outside wall has disintegrated leaving the wires exposed. Can I arrange for someone to come and fit a new one please.

Also I have the Virgin Media Store app that still says I have the TIVO device which I returned some years ago. Can you tell me how to remove it.  Can the engineer check the wiring into the house as I had a TIVO box renoved some time ago and am not sure the wiring is now correct.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

    We can look into the omnibox issue and wiring, it's not clear what you mean regarding the secondary issue but we can discuss privately.
