Upgrade processing time
I was offered 1Gb service in my account portal, I’ve signed up for it at £29pm However, that was near a week ago, no activity. Also I have received two different order numbers for the package.
Got hold of the useless customer service.
First response, I’m not a new customer so I won’t be allowed to have it. Round and round we went, wouldn’t acknowledge the order number or the fact that’s it’s offered in my account area.
How long do they normally take to do an upgrade?
