Trying to set up my hub for the first time

If you have a cable/plug trailing from the wall, you need a coupler adapter to join two plugs together

Also available from the likes of Screwfix, Toolstation etc.

If you want a proper wall box connection fitting, call the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 explain the problem and request a tech visit to install a socket.

You can call VM who I think will send you the female to female coupler (or send a tech round to sort it out for free).

Or you could change the male connector to a female one
