Terrible Service since Wednesday 11th June
The broadband has been awful since last wednesday 11th June - i did all the usual restarted laptop unplugged router.. then I got the app & it said that it was planned to be fixed by Wednesday 18th! I mean, seriously! 2 of us work from home & my daughter has needed the WiFi for her revision resources for her exams.. this is disgraceful. I need to submit hmrc documentation on a deadline and I can't, it is so frustrating 😡 😳
I left sky because it was slow.. but they never left us without broadband for a week!
