Terrible Service since Wednesday 11th June

The broadband has been awful since last wednesday 11th June - i did all the usual restarted laptop unplugged router.. then I got the app & it said that it was planned to be fixed by Wednesday 18th! I mean, seriously! 2 of us work from home & my daughter has needed the WiFi for her revision resources for her exams.. this is disgraceful. I need to submit hmrc documentation on a deadline and I can't, it is so frustrating 😡 😳

I left sky because it was slow.. but they never left us without broadband for a week!

    We're sorry to hear that a recent fault left you without a service. Whilst we can't offer a 100% fault free service, we do promise to fix faults as quickly as possible. 

    Checking things here we can see the fault has been resolved but looking at the account, we understand you're still having issues. An engineer has been booked and you should have received a notification of this. 

    Pop back and let us know how things are once the engineer has been.
