Technitian feedback

Hello

I had a really great technician come out to my home today  11 April 2024, his name was James and his ID no. is 66001

He came to instal my Broadband and he was great, he was really polite and patient and he worked hard to do it. 

He handed me a survey to complete and I wanted to do this and leave him a fantastic review and rate him 10/10, but the link of YourOpinion@survey.virginmedia.co.uk does not work. Please can you see that this technician receives the great feedback and praise that he deserves and that his manager is made aware of his great work
