Technician Feedback

I never received the feedback email re the technician set up...

I'd appreciate if this can be sent please 

Our technician: Josh: 79780 - he was very good, down to earth, knowledgeable, patient, good with out kids, and cats! He tried to assist us with an error not on his part, was very tolerant of my stress and tried to stay until the matter was resolved.

 

Very very positive feedback
