Student broadband 12 months contract

Hi,

I'm planning to get a 12 months M250 contract for next academic year. However, my uni house contract is only 11.5 months and has already started (August 25-July26). Would I have to pay a cancellation fee since I won't be in the house for 12 months. I won't be able to install the wifi until september.

    My best advice would be run away and run now!!! Virgin are a masterclass in incompetence carrying out even basic repairs. They will never forget to bill you but will endlessly fail to solve what should be basic issues.

    Think you can cancel, but you'd just have to pay for the 0.5 of a month you're not using. Bung it on the student loan that you'll never pay back ;)
