Storm damage broke front panel off of brown box

I noticed a few days ago that the severe winds last week must have blown the front panel off of my virgin media brown box, which is attached to the front of the house. Can a virgin media engineer come and fix it please?

    Can someone please let me know how to attach photos of storm damage to box please? I can't see an option for attaching photos.
