Still have received delivery

Hello.

On the 12th of January this year I order your M250 (I believe is the name) online through your website.

After a few days a member of your team called to say that there was already a virgin media package registered to the address I had input. I explained it was a rental property and that I was the new tenant. They said they would contact the old tenant and get back to me and then proceeded to call me at 7pm which I unfortunately missed. Since the number they called from is not one I am allowed to dial back through and I have heard nothing via email or text I would like to know what is going on as I am moving in fully next week and still don't have an internet connect a week after it was meant to be delivered.
