Son moved to our old address

Good morning 

My son has moved into our old address and wants VM installing he has been told that there is already an active account at that address

He has explained to them that he is living in a flat at the back of the pub and it's already got VM cables installed also that the pub has hotel rooms that a couple of people have VM in too.

Why are they telling him he can't have it installed when we had it in and the only thing that has changed is that he is wanting it in. The other residents have nothing to do with this account

    Is your account still active at the property?  Perhaps it hasnt been cancelled properly yet and they think its still required.   In any case... get the "old" account holder to call in and explain the situation.

    There "may" be genuine reasons why it cannot be reactivated - e.g. if VM have sold the capacity to another flat at the property and cannot add any extra in.

    Call and find out first - a VMperson should respond on here in a day ot two.
