Shocking Broadband Connection Keeps Dropping

3 times this week my broadband disconnects at 6.30 pm and reconnects itself during the night. 
I have the hub5 router. Each time it goes off I go through the recommendations on the website before it lets me book an engineer. With it coming back on in the night I then cancel the engineer

ive now logged a complaint as this isn’t acceptable.
