Set up internet at second address - flat not available

I wish to install VM broadband at a second property but have 2 issues.

  1. When I call, I don't have an option of speaking to anyone because my phone number is linked to our current address.
  2. VM is showing as not available in my flat, but is provided to other flats in the building. 

Can customer service please get in touch to tell me how I can get broadband installed?
