Service Review

Hi 

I'd like to review the services I receive from Virgin. This will include renewing my contract, relocating equipment and upgrading equipment.

I've been a customer for many years. Please arrange for me to be contacted to discuss my requirements.

    It’s up to you to contact VM customer services. You will not get any ‘upgraded’ equipment unless you go to a 1G tier and even then it may be a Hub4.

      And how is the best way to do that? I tried calling 'by phone' and ended up going round and round menus? Figured this might be a better way to get a human to speak to as I have a number of things I'd like to get done. Relocation, upgrade and contract renewal.

      Anyone from Virgin able to DM me to progress?

        Upgrades and Contract renewals are done by Customer Services. 

        However getting cables moved can be actioned here by the VM Mods.  £25 no fault call out fee.  If you wait here a day or two this post should be picked up and discussed with you directly.

    If your on a super hub 1 or 2 then yes a hub 5 is likely to be given
