Repeated outages and total lack of customer support
I am currently experiencing the fourth outage in six days in the B28 area which is beyond frustrating.
The first outage was last Friday (30th) and lasted for over ten hours. I then had two more outages on Saturday and Sunday and now again today. What on earth is going on?!
Furthermore, I have resorted to posting here because it is UTTERLY impossible to actually talk to anyone at VM. There is no option on the phone system to talk to anyone. Despite assertions to the contrary by VM staff on here, allowing menus to cycle a few times does not result it being placed in a queue to speak to someone but merely results in an automated message saying to call back.
This is completely unacceptable. I am paying you a significant amount of money for a service you're not providing and about which I am completely unable to speak to anyone or raise a complaint.
