Removal of Cables

No longer a VirginMedia customer and want the Health and Safety trip hazard that you left after the shoddy install removing!

Is it just me or was the pre-install guide you send out that all cables should be buried at a minimum of 6 inch below the surface? Cause I'm pretty sure that mine are at least surface level ha

It would be helpful if you could post pictures of the hazardous cables.

  • Barely buried. Just goes to show the ‘care’ virgin media takes when doing any kind of work at there customers houses

the standard reply is they wont remove them with all sorts of excuses that if they do you might never be able to join VM again and other such rubbish - they will get involved if they see a health and safety problem which that can be argies is so wait for staff - but expect nothing and you wont be dissapointed

give them a time frame and your own solution that wire cutters will be used if they go past that

no danger - its data not voltage - remove it and bin it when nothing happens
