Is it possible to get a router relocated?
I currently have it upstairs on the 2nd floor but need it downstairs closer to the computer to link up Ethernet. Since installation I’ve had constant disconnects on WiFi from simply someone walking into my room.
Call it in as a no fault call out via customer services on 0345 454 1111 / 150 or else stick the rubbish hub in modem mode and use your own better router.

Just run an Ethernet cable between the hub and machine.
