Re: Home Move to a new build

Hi, 
I have been trying frantically to get my service moved from my former address to my new address to no avail. my house number doesn't come up when I put in my post code. i have chatted repeatedly with your customer service. The address pops up on all other platforms. My Neighbours all have VM connections. It's been quite upsetting for me as i need it desperately to be able to work. I was promised an engineer would come check but till now none has come. Please this is an SOS call.
