I'm having same issue with outside box

but also having intermittent drop outs so wondered if it may be linked

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

    Sorry to see you have been having this issue with your Omni box and the intermittent connection, I would like to go about looking at getting this repaired for you, for me to do so I will need to confirm some information from you via a private message.
