Omnibox cover broken

Hi forum team,

I appreciate this is an old post chat, but I also need assitance with the brown box cover replacement, as it was broken in recent bad weather and I cannot locate the cover anywhere nearby to my home.

Is this something you can help with please?

    Its quicker to phone VM & tell them the box is missing ergo connections exposed.

    They should be covered. I have same issue but no point waiting on here hoping someone will pick it up.Quicker to call and maybe add a picture here 100% helps!

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system..
