Quickstart kit not arrived

Question

Hi,My QS device should arrived on friday but nothing happened. No message from VM neither from Yodel.Also no Tracking number for the parcel.&nbsp;Is anyone can provide any updates from VM side what’a going on? Doesn’t look very good for a new customer..Ofcom should be contacted if no official communication from the company?&nbsp;thanks
