QuickStart Kit Not Arrived - No Tracking From Yodel

As the title says. Was meant to receive the hub yesterday (4th) but nothing received and no tracking from Yodel at all. VM Customer Service absolutely useless but looking at recent threads it appears to be a common issue at the moment. Just posting here so others know they're not alone! Luckily my existing provider (Sky) has remained active as I used the One Touch Switch service so my thinking is that they won't disconnect until VM confirm I'm activated? First time using Virgin as they're the only ISP who offer over 50Mbps in my area. Not a great first impression but hopefully the Yodel/VM communication issue gets sorted soon...

    I'm really sorry to hear that your QuickStart delivery has been delayed. There is currently an issue at one of our warehouses which means that some customer orders have been delayed. We completely appreciate the frustration and we're doing our best to ship these orders out as soon as possible. As you have switch to us via the One Touch Switch, your services with Sky would only disconnect once your services with us have been installed and activated.
