QuickStart delivery delays

Appears there are routers available…maybe! I got an email from Yodel last night and have just had notification that it is out for delivery this afternoon. I was given many different excuses from different teams — a storm, yodel having issues, a warehouse flood, an ammonia leak at a yodel facility. 

I don’t know what was true, but VM really need to send an apology message to all affected. Instead we are expected to run around trying to find out what’s going on. 

I ordered on 30.11, delivery was promised on Wednesday 4.12. Yodel was advised of the delivery on 2.12, but did not collect / wasn’t dispatched by VM until last night.

  • Just to update, it has arrived. However, they sent a hub 3 so will need a replacement when volt goes active….
