Sorry to see the connection for your quickstart kit is not present.

It looks like BT may have replaced it.

Can I please ask if you still need this sorting out, or have you been in touch on the number above?

And if/when VM can get this connected for you, stand the Hub on a shelf somewhere, because while laying on the floor its WiFi range will be considerably reduced.
