Power cut fried my superhub

Hi, as the title suggests, when the power was resumed a surge appears to have killed my modem stone dead. At this point I can’t tell if it’s the ac adaptor or the superhub itself.

How can I arrange a replacement?

 Like a lot of people I’m working from home so it’s fairly time critical.

 I’ve been around the houses on the help line with no result. Can anyone from the Virgin team help please?

    Looks like you could of done with a UPS plus a backup internet connection

    You should try to call this in for faster response

      Surge protection would have been good!

       I’ve tried calling several times but I can’t get to speak to anyone

  • Sorry VM team. Looks like I’ve managed to order a new hub :)
