Possible vandalism

I've been on night shift for the past month and 3 days ago I noticed the outdoor cable was been removed from the fastenings ive tried to get through but to no avail is there any text chat that I can do in order to try and sort this issue?

I thought it was originally just kids pulling at the cable due to living near a school but further down the line I can see that other fastenings have been either ripped off or completely snapped due to excessive force which makes me believe that the cables are being targeted by thieves
