Port Forwarding not working

I want to modify my hub 3.0 settings but it ways that someone else is logged in and only one session is allowed ata time. I'm sure no one else is logged on as my mum, dad and brothers all doesn't know what this is and I'm the only other person. Can someone help?

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

    We're sorry to hear about the issue you're having. 

    If no one is logged in but the message is still showing you can do a pin hole reset on the hub and this would kick anyone out who is logged in. 

    You would need to reconnect all devices as though to the hub that connect via WiFi.

    The Hub 3 will drop the admin session if it is administered over Wi-Fi this is why you become locked out.

    Connect via a network cable to the Hub 3 admin menu and the risk of being locked out is minimal.

    Always remember to Logout when you are done using the Hub 3 menu,
    just closing the browser also risks being locked out until an orphaned admin session expires.
