Outside work still hasnt been done

I'm supposed to have virgin media installed on the 30th of October but i still haven't had any work done outside my house is this normal or will they do the outside work on the day

    If there are issues, call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Mon to Fri, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Sat and Sun.
