Outside cable box broken

Hi VM,

My outside cable box is broken and needs replacing please. Can you arrange an engineer to call and fix please. Thanks

    Great your have posted photos to allow VM to assess the damage.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.

      afaik there is a 2 day delay where VM sit on their hands before posts are picked up - there is also a line of thought that bumping a thread with a second post puts the thread to the back of the queue - don know if thats actually true 

      they will get round to you but as and when - a bit like most things with VM
