Outside brown box cover missing

Hi, can you help with advice on how to get a new cover for the brown box at the outside of my home. Bad weather as of late and a bad storm overnight and today. It has somehow went missing.

    Hi, I was replying to the security questions then the app showed I had no more messages??? Could not complete the security question

    Hi Vhal5150 

    Either  call  150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone,  and select option 2 (Faults) and advise them you need a new omnibox.

    Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.
