My outdoor cable box / cover is now too small following recent work to provide new cable. I am concerned about the cabling integrity to the natural elements. How can I get a new one?
. I couldn't find anywhere on the Virgin Media help site and app to request a replacement box - how do we go about arranging this please?
That white "Omnibox" should have been replaced and the cable coiled up neatly to fit inside a new box. However if you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.
