Ordering WiFi pods

Hello,

I’ve been attempting to order a WiFi pod following several poor test results via the app. The app doesn’t prompt me to order, just sends me on a circuitous journey. I’ve had no progress via online chat or telephone.

I can see that this is a common issue, and has been solved by staff messaging people to assist. Would someone please be able to assist. Thanks.

    Hi, exactly the same here! Had terrible coverage for months, maybe years. Eventually got directed to a WhatsApp conversation but no one ever responded…

    Sorry to hear of your WiFi concerns and not being able to order pods.

    When you run the Connect App tests for the WiFi, what result do you get? You can post your results here. 

    You can also run checks on Sam Knows real speed test here

      thanks for your response. My result is ‘fair.’. However I am unable to send emails or have video calls, and eventually I disconnect.

      I’ve ran the speed tests. Currently I’m being forced to work in an inconvenient location at home.

        Please remember they are only free if you on 1GB or a volt customer. 

        Otherwise they are £8 per month.
