Order reference number

Can someone help me to get order reference number start with ws or ch I have checked all email only number I can find is this RS1045785589 I assume is not their right number, Broadband is already connected, thank you

Can someone confirm that ws or ch was replace with Rs because I just find exactly same email from 2 years ago and number was starting with Ch
