Order placed but no confirmation email
Hi,
I placed an order today (30th August) for a broadband plan and confirmed all pre-contract documents which I received by text and added direct debit. They said there will be further emails to confirm the order as well as the contract and delivery date. But I haven't received any further confirmation emails so far.
Could you please help resend the order confirmation email and other required emails?
