Order placed, but no confirmation

Hi team, I have placed an online order for a M500 Fibre Broadband on the 14th January 2026 and although I have signed all required documents and put in all details, I haven't received any confirmation emails apart from the pre-contract documents email. The kit was supposed to have arrived yesterday the 17th of January. Could someone kindly assist with this matter please? Kind regards

    Sorry to hear that you've been left somewhat in dark in relation to the order placed with Virgin Media. 

    Can you please confirm if since your post you have been in receipt of any further notification to confirm when your Virgin Media kit is due to arrive to you?
